Longevity Strength Workshop

This 5 week workshop introduces you to the fundamentals of strength training.

We begin with body weight activity, move to resistance bands and lighter weights, and introduce the possibility of heavier weights over the course of our 5 class meetings.

This workshop is about learning skills and growing confidence, allowing you to feel less nervous about strength training, which for those of us who are aging is absolutely imperative. 

You will leave this workshop with 2 defined strength training routines and ongoing access to online recordings of each class (I go home and make these recordings and upload them to a private platform).

If you want to live better and longer, get strong.  The more lean muscle mass you have, the easier you’ll bounce back from life’s mishaps.  Lean muscle mass/strength is a key component to continued functionality, independence, balance, and quality of life.


Class size limited to no more than 8 – there are 3 spots left.


$140.00  (includes 5 classes with individual instruction in a small class setting, access to the online classes/library, 2 defined strength training routines you’ll take with youand the ability to work with me further in LS work out classes/small group training sessions)


Note – If you’ve taken this workshop previously and need a refresher this would be a great opportunity to revisit the vital skills we learn and begin to apply them again.  It’s never too late to start!
