Feel Better! Move Better! Live Stronger!

This workshop is your gateway into the world of strength training—designed especially for those who are aging and ready to build strength in their muscles and around their joints, increase balance, and feel strong in their body and movements.

Over 6 small-group class sessions, we’ll learn 8 foundational strength training actions. Starting with bodyweight and progressing to resistance bands, lighter weights, and finally introduce the option of heavier loads. But… all at your pace and aligned with your needs and confidence level.

This is not about pushing hard, it’s about learning smart.  You’ll develop the skills and confidence to safely integrate strength training into your life – a crucial investment in your health and function, especially as we age.

 

You’ll leave with:

  • Two clearly defined, take-home strength training routines

  • Ongoing access to online video recordings of each class

  • Personalized instruction in a supportive, small-group setting

  • Opportunities to continue with me in LS workouts or small group session

Why strength training?

The more lean muscle mass we maintain, the easier it is to recover from life’s mishaps. Strength is directly tied to balance, mobility, independence, movement function, and overall quality of life. It’s never too late to get stronger—and doing so now means living better, longer and stronger.

Zoom Room class prices are $20 drop in/$14 per class with the purchase of 4 or more classes.
